Additionally, in response to the development trends of high-end AI computing power and advanced packaging, Degard Storage is actively investing in the R&D of next-generation high-bandwidth memory testing equipment such as HBM/HBF. Building on its existing mature testing platforms, the company is upgrading its architecture to address new testing challenges like multiple I/Os, high-speed interfaces, and high power density. It is also collaborating with leading international clients for joint adaptation and verification, continuously advancing testing capabilities toward higher performance and greater reliability.
